I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too ensure that my experience was really good. They were attentive, providing me with really good service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel in the Vila Olimpia neighborhood was perfect, offering easy access to the business district of Faria Lima.

Great hotel and excellent staff and service. The young staff members at the hotel are highly proficient in English and provide really good service. They go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Nicely decorated rooms in a modern and pleasant hotel. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient. The level of service rivals that of luxury hotels like the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. The staff, especially Camila, Nicolas de Jesus, Paulo Gabriel, and Gustavo, provide excellent service and make the stay nice.

Great location, satisfactory breakfast, exceptional service at restaurant and bar. Capable waiters, especially Melo. Nice detail with water bottles in room. Comfy bed and pillows.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants just across the road. It is also conveniently close to the business district as well as popular areas to visit. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities such as an espresso machine and iPhone speaker. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.
The hotel could improve their policy for early check-ins, as the additional fee requested seems excessive for frequent users of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the exclusive amenities made our stay a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, the steam room and treatment room were clean and relaxing. the restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus that were delicious. the in-room breakfast was prompt and tasty.
The only minor issue was that the location of the hotel was not as convenient for our needs as we had hoped. the private facilities and exclusive amenities made up for it.
